As an Iranian native, my passion for computers and new technologies began in childhood and has only grown stronger with time. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology under my belt, I started my career as a network engineering intern in 2016, ultimately earning my Master's degree in Information Technology by 2018. As a help desk specialist, I quickly became proficient in installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Windows servers, troubleshooting services such as DHCP, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy, and exploring the world of Cisco networking through self-teaching. My thirst for knowledge has not abated, and I continue to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. I am a highly collaborative team player with an unerring eye for detail. My current professional interests center around network troubleshooting, automation, and data center infrastructure architecture. I currently serve as a network team leader in the cloud department at Greenweb, managing a small team w hil e preparing for the CCNP 350-401 Encor exam.
